Does it cost anything for our school to be listed?
No. Schools are included in our database at no cost. We don't charge listing fees, annual subscriptions, or per-enquiry fees. Our revenue comes entirely from service fees paid by families.
How do you decide which schools to include?
We include UK independent schools that accept international students and have a track record of supporting them. We prioritise schools with published ISI inspection results, transparent fee structures, and clear admissions processes. If your school meets these criteria and isn't yet in our database, contact us to be added.
Can we control what information appears on our profile?
Schools can verify and enrich their profiles by contacting our team. You can update factual details (fees, entry requirements, programmes), add information not publicly available (scholarship specifics, boarding details), and flag any inaccuracies. You cannot, however, alter your ISI inspection ratings or influence how the matching algorithm scores your school — that remains objective.
Will we know which students have been matched with us?
No — not until a family chooses to contact you directly. We don't share student data with schools without explicit consent from the family. When a family shortlists your school, they may reach out through your standard admissions channels. They'll typically mention they found you through Eduviai.
How is Eduviai different from an education agent?
Education agents are paid by schools (via commission) to steer families toward specific institutions. This creates a conflict of interest. Eduviai is paid by families and recommends schools based on data-driven fit. We don't replace your admissions process — we help the right families find you in the first place.
Can we partner on events or open days?
Yes — we're happy to promote your open days, scholarship deadlines, and admissions events to relevant families on our platform. We can also co-host virtual information sessions for international families. Contact our partnerships team to discuss.
